Directions:

When driving from Cape Town one has two options.

N1:  

Take the N1 through Du Toits Kloof tunnel towards Worcester. From Worcester proceed to Robertson and from Robertson proceed to Ashton. Pass through Ashton towards Montague and 1 km outside of Ashton turn right onto the R60 towards Swellendam for 35 km and the farm Fonteinskloof will be on the left hand side. The name Fonteinskloof can be clearly seen on the entrance walls.

N2:

From Cape Town take the N2 over Sir Lowry’s Pass towards Port Elizabeth and pass Caledon, Riviersonderend and take the Swellendam turn off towards Montague and Ashton. From the N2 proceed 11 km on the R60 in the direction of Ashton/Montague and Fonteinskloof will be on your right hand side. The name Fonteinskloof can be clearly seen on the entrance walls.

When coming from George pick up the R60 from Swellendam to Ashton/Montague and proceed as indicated in the above directions for the N2.
